WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in fundamental human resource activities, including recruiting, employee benefits, and employee communications.
- Gather employee data and prepare spreadsheets and reports.
- Compile data for Affirmative Action Plans, measuring effectiveness, and plan implementation.
- Audit records and files related to divisions, payroll, and employee and benefits.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to evaluate tasks and systems for continuous improvement.
- Network with other interns and participate in a group Capstone Project.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
We are seeking driven and talented students pursuing degrees in the Human Resource Management field who have will completed their sophomore year by May 2026. Ideal candidates are able to dedicate 8-10 weeks to our internship and are passionate about contributing to the continuous improvement of our organization. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test are required.
